This ground breaking project was one of the first transit oriented, mixed use projects to be built in the region. It was also one of the first to utilize urban design details such as recessed balconies and full brick veneer, complimenting Long Beach's downtown architecture. Located at the terminus of the Blue Line, the street level includes a Sizzler Restaurant, as well as a conference center, offices and fitness center.

The 160 unit, four level residential portion of the project is comprised of studio, one and two bedroom apartments designed to meet the needs of the executive tenant. Units surround a center courtyard that features a pool and spa with brick paving throughout.
