These "for sale" zero lot line homes are unique in that they are part of a new Palmdale Transit Specific Plan featuring "Work Force/Affordable" housing. These 122 townhomes will be available to first time buyers as part of a state and local "assist to own" program and consist of two and three story townhomes ranging from 800 square feet with 1 bedroom to 1500 square feet with 4 bedrooms. Townhome plans include private garages, utility rooms, enclosed patios and covered front porches.

An interactive "neighborhood scaled" village is the overall design goal for the project, which includes such architectural details as alternating colorful stucco walls with varied sloping tiled roofs, punctuated by tower shapes and wood trellises. Front porches, pedestrian greenbelts and a central park with a common pool area further serve to connect the residents.
