This beach fronting project features 29 attached homes in a “small lot subdivision” with 4000 square feet of neighborhood retail fronting the primary street corner. Each home features a two or three car private garage. The three level homes incorporate various plans from two and three bedroom with traditional and open plan layouts ranging from 2200 to 3500 square feet.

Interior living spaces feature large accordion glass doors that open to expansive patio areas overlooking the beach and ocean with built-in barbecues, seating and fire pits. The project combines beach vernacular style architecture with modern detailing allowing the project to mesh with the local beach scene while appealing to the contemporary upscale buyer.
