This master planned community is the first project approved by the City of Palmdale for its new Transit Village Specific Plan. The multi-product residential “Work Force/Affordable” project incorporates both “for rent” and “for sale” housing units featuring full amenities and ample green open space.

The first phase which was completed January 2014, consists of 156 rental units in two four story buildings over ground level community spaces and parking. Also included in the first phase is a large common area with pool and park. Subsequent phases will include 122 "for sale" two and three story townhomes ranging from 800 square feet with one bedroom, to 1500 square feet with four bedrooms. Each attached home will include private garages, enclosed patios and covered front porches.

This project is developed by a private public partnership utilizing 1C grant funds, City of Palmdale Community Housing Development funds as well as tax credits.
