The project is being developed on the parking lot behind the Wilshire Professional Building which was the first skyscraper built along the Mid-Wilshire corridor and is a City designated Historic Cultural Monument. The new project’s garage will connect to the existing building’s subterranean garage and provide replacement parking for the existing building along with new residential parking to a total of 301 spaces in 5 levels of garage (2 below grade and 3 above).
